Published in 2021 by Te Pou after a revisioning commissioned by Te Pou, the CPSLE Competencies provides an aspirational guide for those using their lived experience in the Mental Health and Addictions field. It has implications as to how we all could travel in Aotearoa .
Used for self reflection the document can keep us grounded in our roles. It can provide a focus for professional development or be a base to unpack in a team meeting. It supports a shared language despite what model of Peer we utilise.
